Avoid income guarantees or exaggerated earnings claims.

3. Compensation Plan

Distributors are compensated through:

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in deceptive recruitment practices.
Make false income or product claims.
Cross-recruit members of other MLMs.
Spam prospects or leads.
Participate in any illegal pyramid scheme activity.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your distributor account if:

You breach these Terms.
You act unethically or unlawfully.
You fail to meet compliance standards.

Distributors may also terminate their participation at any time with written notice.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Health2Riches offers a 30-day return window on all eligible products. Returned items must be:

Unused and in original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated by contacting returns@health2riches.com within 30 days of receipt. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Health2Riches platforms — including branding, logos, marketing materials, and training resources — is owned by Health2Riches and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use without permission is prohibited.

8. Income Disclosure Agreement

While success is possible through the Health2Riches system, earnings vary widely. The average distributor earns modest supplemental income, and many earn nothing due to lack of sales or activity.

Health2Riches makes no income guarantees. Earnings depend on effort, time invested, and the ability to build and support a sales team.

Misleading income claims, “get rich quick” messaging, or pressure tactics are strictly forbidden and grounds for termination.

9. Privacy Clause

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you sign up as a distributor, we collect personal information such as:

Full name.
Contact details.
Government-issued ID (for tax compliance).
Bank or payment account information.

This data is used to:

Process orders and commissions.
Provide training and support.
