Office Management:

  • Maintaining and updating internal databases.
  • Coordinating office procedures and tasks.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Systematically filing and organizing documents.
  • Overseeing facility maintenance.
  • Organizing office space.
  • Communication and Support:
  • Answering queries from employees and clients.
  • Handling correspondence, including letters, emails, and packages.
  • Distributing memos and reports.
  • Greeting and directing visitors.
  • Reporting and Data Management:
  • Preparing reports, including financial and expense reports.
  • Maintaining and updating company databases.
  • Creating presentations and reports with statistical data.

Other Tasks:

  • Assisting with budgeting and financial management.
